    Description
    Overview At all levels, our Earned Value Management Analysts will utilize and enhance their skills in EVM by supporting programs related to the development and acquisition of space vehicles for various legacy programs of the DOD and Intelligence communities
    The support and expertise you provide will directly impact the objectives of our national defense and security
    Responsibilities


    • Some positions may require regular travel to out of state customer sites.
    • In this position the candidate shall coordinate Earned Value Management analyses, develop processes and standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and disseminating cost and schedule data, perform schedule risk analyses, generate comprehensive at-completion cost estimates, and prepare formal reports and briefs.
    • Ensure adequate processes are in place to assess contractor's EVM systems compliance so data is accurate, reliable, and timely
    In addition, the candidate shall prepare written, uniform surveillance plans to assess continuity and consistency of EVM data


    • Develop, implement, and utilize assessment techniques to ensure EVM-related services and work products are of good quality, timely, and responsive to program needs
    • Advise members of IPTs on cost, schedule, and performance trends
    • Conduct EVM training and brief EV analysis as required
    • Report any significant EVM issues and recommend appropriate actions to resolve the issue
    • Coordinate and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) Skills Required The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline
    Master's degree preferred but not required
    Degree requirement may be waived with additional years of relevant experience
    Years of experience shall be commensurate with level of the position

    Additional skills required:

    • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)
    • Experience with AGILE process is preferred but not required.
    • Experience in Winsight, Cobra and other Deltek software
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
    • An active TS/SCI level security clearance is required
    Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
