    Job Title:

    Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Bluegrass Orthopaedics in Lexington, KY.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individualized physical therapy patient care through assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, and education.
    • Develop and implement home exercise programs to maximize patient progress toward achieving functional goals.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
    • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to project a professional image.
    • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
    • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Benefits:

    • Above Market Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
    • Extensive Benefits Package, including dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
