    **About the opportunity**

    As an integral member of our team based in Fonterras head office team in Richmond, this role is responsible for ensuring the welcoming nature and visitor experience of all who enter our building.

    You will be part of a high performing team and will ensure smooth performance of administrative functions, answering email and phone enquiries, and greeting both internal and external customers in a friendly and welcoming way.

    Along with being the face of Fonterra and you will also undertake facilities management activities including managing staff access, on-site parking, pool vehicle usage and, building and maintenance issues.

    A few key responsibilities include:

    Greeting all internal and external visitors and ensuring guests have signed in and staff are advised.

    Assisting with and managing meeting room bookings and assistance with setting up of meeting rooms for staff and visitors.

    Assist with administration and maintenance of security access cards to staff and visitors.

    Assist with monitoring the onsite performance of Facilities Service Providers.

    Assisting with building and facilities management

    **About you**

    Communication is key in this role, as youll be the face for all visitors entering our building. You will be a self-starter, someone who can be one step ahead with strong organisational skills and have strong relationship engagement abilities.

    A few other key skills will be:

    Relevant transferable skills and experience complimented by a friendly demeanour.

    Excellent ability to quickly build rapport and trust across all levels of an organisation.

    Strong experience in the Microsoft Suite.

    Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.

    Experience in facilities management is highly advantageous.
