This role requires advanced excel skills formula knowledge cross sheet linkage understanding of accounting degree preference candidate having experience Accounts receivable operations systems full cycle experience Accounts payable General Ledger Capital Asset operations systems proficient data analysis well-versed SOX GAAP executing monthly reconciliations financial recording systems strong Excel skills pivot tables vlookup complex formulas connecting spreadsheets Power BI reporting Task planner Share Point sites investigating variances exception handling capital vs expense activities creating management financial summary communication leadership regular reporting requirements good organizational planning coordination work efforts meeting deadlines operational management support project PO invoice tracking processes historical analysis trends key data elements project experience internal external auditors attending meetings PMs team members as needed preparing financials stage gate governance processes assisting recommending budget adjustments realignments based actualized historical information reviewing incoming capital investment requests Coupa setup proper routing approval communicating target SLA maintaining detailed financial appropriation activity status report updating publishing actual FTE reports emailing PMs requesting completion ETCs scheduling period reviews identifying communicating discrepancies planned spend approved funding actuals maintaining FTE budget reconcile planned vs actualized labor inputting tracking Coupa requisitions PO invoices vendor collaborating coordinators project team members completing ad hoc support requested.Responsibilities
- Attend Misc Project/Financial meetings with PMs other team members as needed
- Project Budget setup in financial templates PMO governance tools
- Prepare financials for project stage gate governance processes i.e.PEG TCOSetup assistance
