    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team.

    The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing our company's procurement activities and ensuring that purchases are made at the most competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.

    This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing the purchasing process and optimizing supply chain efficiency.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
    Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
    Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
    Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
    Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
    Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing carrying costs.
    Resolve supplier issues and address any discrepancies in deliveries or quality.
    Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in purchasing management.
    Supervise purchasing staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

    Requirements:
    Bilingual ( English and Spanish)
    Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role.
    Strong negotiation skills and ability to build productive relationships with suppliers is a must.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
    Solid understanding of supply chain management principles.
    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    Certification in purchasing or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
