- Able to follow safety guidelines including the use of safety shoes, ear plugs and safety eyeglasses.
- Prior production experience preferred.
- Experience working in a controlled environment.
- Detail Oriented, ability to recognize defects or flaws in routing parts and/or products.

Production Worker - Line Technician Assistant - 2 weeks (Could become longer)
General Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, manager and the public.
Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues.
Responsible for reading, understanding and following Quality Systems documentation for each function performed.
Responsible for working in compliance with Quality System Regulations (QSR), safety and all other training.
Machine Operation Responsible for operating the tube and/or bottle filling machines per Manufacturing Instructions (MI's).
Responsible for cleaning machines per set schedule or Manufacturing Instructions.
Machine Operation Operates machines as production demands and schedules require.
Responsible for reporting all malfunctions to the supervisor or engineering staff for immediate attention and correction.
Responsible for inspecting raw materials on the production line for appropriate quality standards.
Responsible for ensuring all product is properly segregated by batch and lot numbers.
Packaging Responsible for ensuring filled tubes and/or bottles are tightly closed and sealed.
Responsible to pack the appropriate number of filled cartons, bottles or tubes into the outer shipper and weigh properly.
Responsible for counting and properly packaging product.
Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.
Inspection Responsible for inspecting products to ensure product is labeled correctly, lot numbered and Expiration Dates when required.
Responsible for inspecting materials, products and containers at each step of the packaging process.
Safety Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by identifying all safety hazards and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Responsible for reporting all work related injuries to the Production Supervisor or Line Technician Lead.
Responsible for utilizing proper lifting and material movement techniques always. Safety Responsible for utilizing proper hearing protection at all times. Process Improvements Adheres to and supports BioFilm's Corporate Policies and Procedures. Actively works to improve processes in the company and its relationship to the community.
Performs all other related job duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor directly or through other appropriate floor personnel.
