Catalyst is looking to expand and hire Associate Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Boston, MA. This is an exciting position for individuals who have had at least a year of outside sales experience that may be looking to switch gears and try out a 360 recruitment desk in a very stable environment. This individual will be focused in the life science market, so pharma or med-tech sales experience will be given preference.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Build out your own recruitment desk including. This includes prospecting and onboarding new clients, resourcing to fill their needs, and account development.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ideally 1+ year of professional sales experience, pharma or biotech sales are a plus.
• Very strong communication skills and self-motivated.
• Must live in commutable distance to Boston and be comfortable working in-office at least 4 days per week.
