    What you'll do:


    In your role as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing strategy, interviewing, and hiring.

    This individual will work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to ensure a strong talent pipeline to meet PDI's strategic growth objectives.

    Being effective in this role requires a natural aptitude for building strong, trusting partnerships and knowing how to prioritize and problem solve with limited information.


    Some tangible deliverables include:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders
    • Build and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract X Ray and Ultrasound technicians
    • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies to continually improve processes

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
    • Experience with cold calling and creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent currently working at other companies
    • Healthcare experience required especially high volume
