- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and enhance sales and marketing systems, processes, and policies to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular 1-1 and group meetings with sales staff to set goals, monitor progress, provide feedback, and guide direction.
- Oversee all activities within the Marketing and Sales Department, ensuring work is completed accurately, completely, and on time.
