- Welcoming and greeting guests; ensuring a seamless flow through the restaurant and to arranged dining tables
- Checking-in, storing, securing, and retrieving outerwear and assorted personal belongings for guests
- Speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and responding well to questions
- Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
- Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Required to have open availability on weekends
- At least 1 year in a Host position in a upscale dining setting
- Personable, positive, and gracious attitude
- Knowledge of reservation systems
- Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 25 pounds of weight
- Ability to reach, bend, climb up and down stairs, walk and carry multiple objects

Casa Cruz New York has 220 seats across five floors and is open for dinner and drinks.
