What You Will Get To Do:

• The Digital Graphic Design/Production and Asset Manager will work collaboratively with digital marketing and product marketing to create high quality digital experiences for our web and social audiences.
• This position will be responsible for the creation of web-ready media from in a fast-paced environment under the direction of the Creative Director.
• Production work is also required, ranging from compressing and replacing images to website content updates, edits and the delivery and organization of digital assets.
• On occasion, this individual may also work on graphic design production work including layout, text edits and content updates to brochures, product briefs and other marketing collateral.

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years or more of full-time experience in graphic design, design production
• At least 3 years experience producing web-ready graphics and digital asset management
• High proficiency in typography and graphic design fundamentals
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Media Encoder
• Knowledge of CDN file management, uploading and managing files
• Proficiency using CMS tools
• Produce digital assets including but not limited to homepage and landing page banners, product images, thumbnails, email banners, social medial images and digital ads
• Proficiency working with design templates
• Image sourcing and retouching
• Image compression best practices and procedures
• Working knowledge of file structure best practices in naming/folder structure, etc.
• Understanding of all web-friendly image formats, (jpeg, png, svg, WebP) and their ideal applications
• Page weight optimization skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while being flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, MS Word and PPT a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.
• A solid, relevant portfolio required.
