Duties include more direct client contact arranging job progress meetings material testing conducting government inspections notifying supervisor or Project Manager of problems and deviations from plans specifications.

JOB SUMMARY

This senior-level position oversees and manages construction administration phase directing Construction Administration activities on projects monitoring project for construction document compliance establishing project procedures problem solving activities budget reviews certification needed initiating document revisions project reviews processes changes orders receiving distributing test reports preparing punch-list close-out procedures performing post-construction services investigations needed.
