    Rental Coordinator - Wagner Rents

    • The Rental Coordinator will work closely with customers to determine which equipment best suits their needs.
    • This role involves coordinating rental transactions daily while maintaining excellent customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Invoices Caterpillar and non-CAT rentals for accuracy; manages records for transferred or sold-out equipment;

    • Maintains understanding of applicable taxes applied to invoices; 

      • ensuring completeness , thoroughness ;
