SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a

General Superintendent

for our growing team.

The General Superintendent will primarily work on projects in the Central PA area and are responsible for the coordination of resources required to complete sitework projects including manpower and equipment.

A full understanding of the construction process for sitework projects is required.

A successful candidate should possess an applicable construction field experience, computer skills, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and coordinate equipment and manpower requirements with project teams to ensure best utilization of manpower and equipment for projects
Coordination of all manpower and equipment for the region
Review and understand project plans and specifications
Ensure accurate reporting of time and quantities
Hiring and development of field forces


QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years construction field experience, including demonstrated Superintendent experience required
Ability to work with all personnel within the organization and facilitate communication effectively
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
