- Two (2) years of work experience as a Therapist in a rehabilitation setting
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- Handle overall quality, quantity, and appropriateness of rehabilitation services performed within the clinic
- Maintain both the clinical and administrative aspects of the clinic
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of professional practice and license
- Safely provide care to patients
- Effectively manage patients' mobility
- Current State of Hawaii Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Pathology licensure.
- Current BLS Certification
- Completion of competencies and other job-related and REHAB requirements
- Ability to clearly communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
