    Role Description:

    If you're passionate about helping people and eager to optimize outcomes, we want to talk to you Our client is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners with wound care experience to join their team You will work in multiple settings such as clinic, skilled nursing facilities, home health and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds.
    • Change dressings.
    • Perform medically necessary debridement.
    • Establish plan of care and work within protocols established by medical director.
    • Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds.
    • Assess, diagnose and manage chronic conditions for patient population.
    • Communicates with Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in patient's condition.
    • Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling.

    Qualifications:

    • Nurse Practitioner License
    • Chronic Wound Care Experience (debridement, packing, etc)
    • Skilled Nursing Facility or In-Home Care Experience A Plus
    • Must be able to pass all background checks
    • Reliable transportation
