- Civil litigation or toxic tort/asbestos defense experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

Job DescriptionDeHay & Elliston, a nationally recognized litigation firm, seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join our bay area, Walnut Creek office. This position requires a candidate who is an active member of the California State Bar with a minimum of eight years of experience as a litigation attorney, with priority given to attorneys with experience in asbestos defense.

Experience and Requirements:
The good faith, annualized salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law such as, education, training, other responsibilities. The annual salary range listed is just one component of DeHay & Elliston's total compensation and benefits package which includes a discretionary bonus, paid leave, health, dental, and life & disability insurance; in addition to our 401 (k) plan.
