Complete daily Microbiological, Analytical and Sensory Testing of environmental samples, finished products and intermediate materials to meet necessary release criteria. This role serves as a key member of the Microbial Daily Management program, including daily sampling of converting lines and ancillary equipment. - Quality Systems understanding and assist with implementation of any new systems or validations - Incoming material identification testing of raw or intermediate materials- perform daily Micro, Analytical and Odor labs- aseptically processing Raw, Intermediate, and Finished Products samples for applicable microbial tests- reading microbial test results and performing selective or differential tests as needed- Complete data reviews and release of formulations for production- Troubleshooting, maintaining and calibrating equipment, such as: pH meter, FTIR UV/VIS spectrophotometer - identification and quantification and HPLC- Assist with training and qualification of new QC Techs- Lead investigations of corrective actions or out of spec results- GLP
