- Greeting patients and visitors as they arrive
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering patient questions and following up with information/requests
- Ensuring that all needed forms and documentation are completed
- Collect co-pays, explain charges, and answer basic insurance coverage questions
- Field phone calls and respond to emails
- Coordinate care for our patients to ensure thorough and efficient care for our patients
- Scanning documentation into the patients medical records
- Maintain the organization and efficiency of the front office to include care flow, office supplies, and presentation of common areas

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced medical receptionist for our busy multi-disciplinary clinic who is able to deliver amazing customer service to every person walking through our doors. Our clinic is a multi-disciplinary office which is comprised of chiropractic care, functional and family medicine, massage therapy, and aesthetics. We aim to offer our patients the best quality service and care with every interaction we have.
To be successful with the position we are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in the medical or dental fields and has handled high patient volumes. Being comfortable with multi-tasking and critical thinking are integral as a part of our small team.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Hours:
Monday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday (every other week): 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
