Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead with expertise in frontend development, particularly in ReactJS and Typescript, to join our dynamic team.
As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the frontend development efforts, focusing on micro frontend architecture and component-based development.
Your deep understanding of frontend technologies and frameworks, coupled with your experience in the mortgage industry and loan software, will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the frontend development team in the implementation of micro frontend architecture using ReactJS and Typescript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable and reusable components for mortgage industry and loan software applications.
Utilize your expertise in component-based development to architect solutions that promote modularity, reusability, and maintainability.
Drive the adoption and implementation of best practices in frontend development, including code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
Develop apps and components in multiple themes and layouts to cater to diverse user requirements and preferences.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 12+years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on ReactJS and Typescript.
Extensive knowledge of micro frontend architecture and component-based development principles.
Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks and tools such as webpack, babel, jest, lint, storybook, and
Familiarity with the mortgage industry and loan software, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in leading and mentoring frontend development teams is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time.
