    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager. The Channel Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence and driving revenue growth through the recruitment, enablement, and management of strategic systems integrator (SI) partners across the United States and Canada.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard Tier 2 and Tier 3 systems integrator partners to expand the company's channel ecosystem.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new SI partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop joint business plans and execute go-to-market strategies with SI partners.
    • Provide ongoing training, support, and enablement to SI partners to ensure their success in promoting and selling solutions.
    • Drive partner-driven revenue growth by developing joint sales and marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and lead generation programs.
    • Monitor and track partner performance, pipeline development, and revenue attainment against agreed-upon targets and KPIs.
    • Act as an advocate for SI partners internally, representing their needs and priorities to leadership team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel partner management, preferably within the software or technology industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting, enrolling, and managing systems integrator partners, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners in the US and Canada.
    • Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and experience in developing joint sales and marketing programs with channel partners.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving partner-driven revenue growth and achieving measurable business outcomes.
