**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Job Description**

Seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to manage and maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring that daily production objectives are met efficiently and satisfactorily. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting production equipment as needed. The role also involves carrying out supervisory responsibilities in line with organizational policies and laws, such as training employees, planning and assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving problems. The supervisor will ensure that product quality meets 100% of customer requirements and will work collaboratively with other supervisors to coordinate operations across departments. The role also involves inspecting materials and equipment, interpreting specifications and company procedures, establishing work schedules, and recommending improvements in production methods to enhance overall efficiency and product quality.
