    This role will be primarily remote/located near our Chicago Customer Innovation Center (CIC) and will be responsible for delivering compelling training sessions on Beldens brands, products, and solutions to our valued partners, including distributors and system integrators.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and communicating, with a strong ability to translate complex information into understandable and engaging content.

    /ppResponsibilities:

    /pulliLead and facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and remotely, on Beldens evolving solutions, brands and products./liliCoordinate with internal teams to customize training materials and presentations, ensuring relevance to specific partner needs and vertical markets./liliManage logistics for training events, including scheduling, room reservations, material preparation and coordination of any necessary equipment shipments./liliContinuously expand and update personal knowledge of Beldens evolving product portfolio, solutions, and relevant industry trends./liliCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, update, and improve training materials as product lines evolve or are introduced./liliAssess training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement, leveraging participant feedback and survey data./liliAccurately document student attendance and material presented for all training sessions./liliSupport the Customer Innovation Center (CIC) as needed for customer visits and tours, gaining and maintaining familiarity with CIC demos and AV equipment./liliManage and maintain training resources and equipment, ensuring all items are in working order and ready for use in training sessions./liliWillingness and ability to travel to support training efforts at partner locations or industry events (approximately 50% travel frequency).

    /pulliBachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a training or presentation role./liliProven experience in delivering engaging presentations or training sessions to diverse audiences./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely./liliA strong aptitude for learning new technologies and product features, and the ability to convey their benefits effectively./liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for coordinating training logistics./liliProficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)./liliExperience working with partners, distributors, or in a channel-focused environment is a plus./liliFamiliarity with general networking and connectivity concepts is beneficial, but deep technical expertise is not required./li/ulpLets Write the Next 100 Years Together.
