The Role

We are looking for a Fractional Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) to lead our AI initiatives on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to drive our projects forward.

What You'll Do

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with Hasna's goals, particularly for health-related projects.
• Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to our AI teams, ensuring the development of innovative AI solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to integrate AI technologies that enhance our projects and operational efficiency.
• Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest AI advancements and integrate cutting-edge technologies and practices into our projects.
• Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all AI initiatives comply with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Who You Are

• A visionary leader with extensive experience in AI, capable of translating complex technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
• An excellent communicator, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Someone with a strong ethical compass, especially regarding AI and data usage.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in AI roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI strategies.
• Experience in healthcare-related AI projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a related field.
• Experience working in a startup or innovative tech environment.
• Publications in prominent AI journals or conferences.
