Whether you are looking for a short-term position or a long-lasting career, our full training program will give you the skills you need to be successful in our company as well as any future business endeavors

    As a whole, our goal for the Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. If our training program is properly executed, you will be allowed to grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position within twelve months.     General Responsibilities of the Management Trainee:

    • Attend sales account meetings and follow up on scheduled appointments to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions
    • Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach
    • Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships
    • Track market and campaign performance and reviewing data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis
    • Assist in hiring, training, and developing of the company's new hires

    Basic Qualifications of the Management Trainee:

    • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
    • A strong desire to grow accompanied by natural leadership abilities
    • The ability to problem solve and think strategically in a fast-paced environment
    • An associate degree or some college experience (preferred but not required)
    • The ability to work full-time to fast-track your training into a management role
