    Project Manager

    Purpose: As an project manager you will work as a supervisor to oversee and document all aspects of one or more scopes of work including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. You will work with upper management, field personnel, general contractors, and other customers both internal and external to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Allocate budget for each scope of work from estimating department
    • Maintain an effective relationship with field personnel and work with general superintendents and site superintendents to keep projects moving toward completion
    • Report on job progress to upper management and other departments
    • Ensure projects maintain a high quality of installation through effective leadership
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to include budget, subcontractor agreements and pay, submittals, change orders, and material coordination
    • Manage accruals and billing for each scope of work
    • Instill company values in direct and indirect reports
