- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other team members.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining bids and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assist with resolving any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in commercial construction project management or related role. (2+ years)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
