    What You Will Be Doing:


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving our business operations.

    As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline processes and drive business growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to railcar services and solutions.


    Process Analysis:
    Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.


    Data Analysis:
    Analyze data related to railcar maintenance, repair, logistics, and operations to identify trends, patterns, and insights.


    Solution Design:
    Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.


    Documentation :
    Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for clear communication and alignment.


    Stakeholder Communication:
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.


    Testing and Quality Assurance:
    Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, perform testing, and ensure implemented solutions meet quality standards.


    Training and Support:
    Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in business processes, systems, and workflows.


    Required Skills & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

    3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, and SQL.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


    Desired Skills & Experience:
    Knowledge of railcar services and industry regulations (preferred but not required).


    Pay:
    $40- $57/hr.

    We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.

    However, we are not able to provide sponsorship at this time or accept candidates who would require a corp-to-corp agreement.
