Description

NUCKOLLS is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our well-established organization. With a robust business history spanning over a century, we are industry pioneers.

The main focus of this role involves mastering our client-servicing processes for our 2,000 existing business clients. You will also be tasked with expanding our client base through referrals and leads, while overseeing a small team to handle these responsibilities effectively.

As you become proficient in training your team members, you will progress into the role of Agency Director by honing your skills using our established systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities in the B2B sector
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Train and mentor new team members on our systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent supervisory and leadership qualities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
Passionate about assisting people and building relationships
Proficient in time management and organization
Prior experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community engagement inclination
Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Clean background check and personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
