- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 5 years Government/Military Accounting or Budgeting Experience
- Experience in Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness
- Budget and or Accounting Experience
- Professional experience supporting DoD/SOF domain
- Four year degree- Bachelors
- four years of relevant DoD Program Experience, including supervising and directing efforts of staff
- All contractor personnel shall have a minimum of 1-2 years of SOF experience working in a join environment or 5 or more years of Army Major Command FIAR experience. The contractor shall maintain a Top Secret security clearance for security of sensitive key supporting documents and have experience in responding to sample and PBC request for documentation in a SOF environment. All personnel assigned to this contract under a specific labor category shall meet the specific minimum requirements of that category

The Senior FIAR Analyst is responsible for supporting the Army as a key member of the financial management team responsible for achieving audit readiness and enhancing financial accountability within the United States Army and JSOC. This role involves evaluating financial systems, processes and controls to identify areas for improvement and compliance with federal financial management requirements. The Senior FIAR Analyst collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for financial audits, address audit findings, and implement corrective action plans. Additionally, they provide expert financial analysis, reporting and recommendations to support decision-making processes for Army Leadership. Strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of federal financial regulations are essential in driving process improvement and ensuring JSOC's financial audit readiness.
