- Routine Service and Maintenance: Conduct regular service and maintenance on copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines to prevent potential breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and copiers, efficiently resolving technical issues to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Inventory Management: Manage orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials required for copier repairs and maintenance.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Schedule Management: Efficiently manage service schedules and respond to customer emergencies promptly to ensure minimal disruptions to their business operations.
- Keeping Up with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices in the copier and printing industry, ensuring our services are aligned with the latest advancements.
- High School Diploma: A minimum educational requirement for this position.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a copier technician, demonstrating your proficiency in copier and printer technology.
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of copier and printer technology, with a detailed understanding of computer and copier management software such as MS Office, Print Drivers, Scan To Email and Scan To Desk
- Driver's License and Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to office location.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks and service requests.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.
