    RN / Neuro Medsurg / Tele position at Lutheran Hospital
    Scope of role includes higher med-surg acuity with diagnoses of stroke, seizures, post op neuro surgeries, level 2 trauma patients and level 1 trauma post-ICU care, and other diagnoses like DKA, renal failure, and general post op care
    Expertise in neuro assessments, critical thinking skills, drain management and post-surgical care, chest tube, groin site management post IR required

    Ratio: 5:1 or 6:1

    1 year of experience required in specialty
    Must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected
    Must be greater than 50 miles from facility – local candidates not accepted
    Schedule Information

    Shift: 7P-7A

    Every other weekend
    Can accommodate up to 1 week pre-approved time off
    No block scheduling

    RTO max: 1 week
