    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform all essential functions required of Mechanics.
    • Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment failures including engine electrical HVAC suspension transmission brake communication hydraulic systems etc.
    • Conducts complex equipment repairs oversees maintenance needed ensures compliance with DOT regulations through certification inspection processes plans executes maintenance programs effectively inspects approves completed repairs creates manages maintenance orders in SAP or SAP Fiori systems mentors coaches entry-level lower-level mechanics during repairs coordinates facilitates HSE meetings training sessions reporting unsafe acts conditions hazards immediately actively participates safety meetings identify address risks hazards utilizes competency processes enhance job performance leads presents during meetings regional teams operations district managers performs additional tasks duties assigned
