, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a dynamic retail and mall environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alarm panels, coordinating communication between team members, and responding promptly to incidents to help to deter unwanted activity. You will provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a visible presence, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and tenants. What You'll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the retail and mall location.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and requests related to security-related matters.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site teams and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all security-related activities, incidents, and communications for the location.
• Communicate important information and updates to Allied Universal management and on-site teams in a timely and clear manner.
• Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique needs of the retail and mall environment.
• Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with field personnel and monitoring their status during their rounds.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
