    Waterline Renewal Technologies is excited to announce we have an opening in our Marketing Department for the position of Marketing Specialist.

    The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving our marketing campaigns and strategies, engaging with our customers, and contributing significantly to our brand's growth and presence in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepares for and attends trade shows and other events as required to promote Waterline Renewal Technologies as a business and its goals.
    • Creates and promotes content via social media, email, website, and other channels.
    • Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
    • Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration, and product capability booklets, compiling account and competitor analyses.
    • Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics, arranging printing and internet packages.
    • Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
    • Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years marketing program management experience or equivalent
    • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
    • Ability to plan and execute marketing programs with some guidance.
    • Experience using marketing technology, such as CRM, CMS, email marketing systems and related software.
    • Creative and proactive approach to solving challenges for the business.
    • Automonous and professional
    • Ability to travel up to 20%.
