Project Manager - San Jose

- Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
Oversee day-to-day project operations including scheduling budgeting scope control,
taking ownership of field activities ensuring efficient execution of all mechanical trade work.
Collaborate across internal departments engineering procurement accounting construction service to facilitate smooth project delivery lead preconstruction efforts developing budgets monitoring costs ensuring alignment with contract terms profitability targets,
prepare critical documentation proposals change orders contracts strategic memos to support legal business processes keep projects on track by closely managing timelines proactively resolving issues maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors vendors industry professionals promote positive brand image support future business development
Qualifications: 5+ years experience managing HVAC construction projects equivalent background estimating design project delivery jobs ranging $50K-$25M+, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management preferred but not mandatory Advanced education MBA Master's degree Professional Engineer PE license highly desirable proven ability generate new business opportunities foster long-term client relationships excellent organizational leadership communication skills manage multiple priorities fast-paced environment.
