    Join an integrated general surgery group with fellowship-trained surgical oncologists Focus exclusively on breast surgery within a well-established cancer program Strong support from a dedicated cancer patient navigator 1:10 weekend call, offering excellent work-life balance Collaboration with breast imaging, pathology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology Serve a large referral base across Southwest Oregon and a population of over 380,000 Opportunity to lead and expand breast surgery services within the health system Physician wellness support including coaching, counseling, and educationCompensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary: $414,585 (based on 1.0 FTE)
