- Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities related to the construction, maintenance, repair or upkeep of buildings, grounds, or other state property, requiring no license.
- This may include assisting in the construction or renovation of buildings, general maintenance and upkeep of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical and other systems, minor repairs to machinery or other equipment, and general maintenance of grounds or lawns.
- Some duties may require that applicants be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with the position.
- Some duties may require performing moderately heavy lifting or other manual tasks. Good manual dexterity and physical endurance to include the physical ability to lift 80 pounds frequently, climb ladders, scaffolding, etc.; work in high spaces, high noise areas, and/or in confined spaces; withstand temperature extremes..
- Knowledge of methods, tools and materials used in the assigned trade and in commercial building maintenance and repair;
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures; codes and regulations applicable to the specialty system and building maintenance in general;
- Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations governing the assigned skill trade profession
- Ability to operate computer systems used in building system diagnosis;

Job DescriptionThis position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Construction/Maintenance Tech III - F41C
Annual Salary: $43, Full state benefits
Travel is Extensive - Must possess a valid driver's license.
Days worked will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The facility may require work outside of the normal schedule and staff may be on-call.
Education and Experience:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of five years of experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities
This position is safety sensitive as defined by 63 O.S. § 427.8.
