    Position Summary

    As a Front Office Representative, you will oversee the efficient, productive, and professional functioning of the front office, managing telephone and patient reception, appointment scheduling, patient information collection, insurance details, inventory maintenance, and processing patient payments.

    Minimum Qualifications

      • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
      • Minimum Experience: One (1) year of experience in a medical or business office setting. Proficiency in insurance regulations, medical terminology, computer scheduling systems, and fluency in English/Spanish is highly desirable.
