    Job Title: Customer First Administrator

    Location: Irvine CA

    Duration: 6+ Months Contract

    Responsibilities:

    Manager is looking for Level 2 associates, someone who is exceptionally well in handling customer queries and will be working in a call center environment to supports and investigate claims.

    This individual will be dealing with actual civil lawsuits and need to investigate customer's claims thoroughly.

    This individual will be responsible for managing and organizing documentation, doing regular follow ups, helping case managers and must have good understanding of California Lemon Law requirements.

    Initially this individual will be working on 10/20 cases a day however the volume of the cases will be increased with time. They will be making the case ready to take a decision.

    What you'll be doing:

    Preparation and dissemination of lemon law acknowledgment letters.

    Request repair orders and sales documents from company's dealerships.

    Input repair history data and details (Sales Force/Guest Experience Platform GEP).

    Distribute customer cases to appropriate regional personnel.
