The IT Asset & License Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the organization's technology assets This role ensures that all hardware and software investments are tracked optimized and compliant You will bridge the gap between IT Procurement and Finance to minimize waste mitigate audit risks and ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed Responsibilities include Software Asset Management Hardware Lifecycle Management Strategic Financial Oversight ,Responsibilities
- Maintain a real-time inventory of software licenses subscriptions and maintenance agreements
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with vendor terms prevent true-up penalties
Hardware Lifecycle Management
