    Description

    Responsibility

    • Executive Assist to 5 Executives
    • Effectively manage leader and team schedules and meetings
    • Make all necessary arrangements for Executive Leaders
    • Research, draft, and construct compelling and visually appealing presentations
    • Write letters, emails, memos, and other written correspondence for the team
    • Represent team leadership in a professional and courteous manner - create great team culture
    • Support other Administrative/Executive Assistants as needed

    Qualifications

    • We need a person who has a high level of professionalism and integrity, as you frequently encounter confidential and sensitive information
    • This position also requires a high degree of cooperation with others and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Three (3) or more years' experience as an administrative/executive assistant
    • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
    • Ability to demonstrate confidentiality with sensitive information
    • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully to solve complex and ambiguous problems
    • Ability to coordinate and prioritize work for multiple senior leaders and team members
    • Ability to prepare effective presentations and proposals, including confidential material
    • Exercise discretion, initiative, and independent judgment in making sound decisions and in developing solutions to problems
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to change
