- Manage pharmacy billing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy billing practices.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in Colorado.
- 3 years of Billing and/or Collections experience; excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team leadership skills; must be capable and willing to train and/or mentor others.
- Basic computer knowledge, Data Entry, MS Excel and Word, ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment
