    We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary medical team in the Buffalo area. Our practice is well-established and reputable, providing top-notch outpatient care to our patients.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Neurology team and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

    About Us:

    Our practice is a large, multi-specialty private medical group located in Williamsville near Buffalo with satellite offices throughout Western New York. We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive care by bringing together a team of specialists, including dietitians, surgeons, physical therapists, and psychologists, all under one roof.

    Our state-of-the-art facilities offer multiple specialty physicians, ancillary services, and dedicated clinical and administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination of care for our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide outpatient Neurology care to new and established patients
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans or goals
    • Document encounters and progress notes in our electronic medical record system
    • Ensure continuity of care and refer patients to specialists as necessary
    • Communicate test results, follow-up care, and additional information to patients
    • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated and comprehensive care

    Requirements:

    • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
    • Neurology experience preferred
    • Current NP license to practice in New York
