    Position Overview:


    As Senior Product Manager at our leading Healthcare-FinTech company, you will develop and execute a product roadmap that leverages cutting-edge technologies to enhance member relationships and engagement within our CRM space.

    You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and healthcare, ready to contribute to the development and management of our next-generation products.

    You will collaborate with all parts of NationsBenefits and be a dedicated individual with a strong combination of interpersonal and analytical skills.

    You will work from our headquarters office in Plantation, FL. Travel is expected to be less than 5%.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time.
    Assist in the development and management of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
    Analyze data to determine productivity trends and opportunities.
    Directly interface with client partners to ensure products meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    Support the product launch process, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful market introduction.
    Monitor product performance metrics and conduct post-launch reviews to gather insights and recommend improvements.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in healthcare technology and product management practices.



    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
    5 + years of experience in product management, technology, healthcare, or a related area.
    Deep understanding of database fundamentals, and proficient in SQL.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    A passion for technology and innovation, particularly in the healthcare sector.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:

    Experience with CRM/Call Center applications is a plus.
    Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies is a plus.
    Engineering and software development background is a plus.
