    Host/Takeout Server


    About the Role:

    We're seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a host/takeout server. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting guests, organizing takeout, assisting servers and managers, and performing various operational duties.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees, providing directions and information as needed.
    • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure relevant parties receive necessary information.
    • Seat guests at tables and manage reservations effectively.
    • Bag up orders and assist with bussing tables and side work.
    • Welcome fellow employees and guests, answer phone calls, and communicate relevant information.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
    • Show comfort in handling telephone calls and stressful situations.
