- Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
- Proven experience as director of nursing
- Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
- Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
- Great communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Degree in nursing; Masters degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
- Valid nursing and CPR certification

Moorhead Rehabilitation and Care Center is a 60+ bed facility in Moorhead, MN on the Fargo, ND border. Our Moorhead Rehab team is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Our team is seeking a qualified, dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing.
We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies.
