Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to join our team.
This position is hybrid after 90 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain clients' IT systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Manage and prioritize technical projects and initiatives.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Develop and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
$80,000 - $105,000 a year
