    + Shift trade flexibility + Opportunity to work with passengers from all over the world + Robust training program (no prior experience needed) + Great team atmosphere + Potential to advance and grow within the company SkyWest employees enjoy a distinctive and unmatched culture of teamwork, respect, quality, and professionalism, along with world-class benefits such as: + 401(k) match + Performance Rewards and Profit Sharing + Worldwide flight benefits for you and your family with Alaska, Delta, and United Airlines Primary Job Duties As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers. + Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner + Provide customers with any other information needed + Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints + Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews + Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights + Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience.

    + Be at least 18 years old + Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license + Have a High School Diploma or GED + Able to pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen + Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship + Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation + Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays + Part-time and full-time positions may be available + Starting at $11.00 an hour Physical and Other Requirements Please complete the on-line application.
