- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience and a BS Degree in Computer Science (or related) OR 11+ years with no degree.
- Works well independently as well as on a team.
- Strong communication skills.

- Document-based stores (i.e. MongoDB, OpenSearch, etc.)
- Understands design concepts and pros/cons of storing data in document formats
- Maven/Git
